The Family Resource Center of South Florida, Inc. (FRC) utilizes the information from Friends of FRC and Donors to FRC solely for the purpose of staying in touch with them. We do not disclose, sell or distribute this information to any outside person or entity.

Non-Discrimination Policy

In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as well as other applicable local and state regulations, all Family Resource Center programs and services are available to all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, disability, or age. Family Resource Center is now accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and any client or member of the public may contact the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring. To report any concerns or register any complaints you can use the Online Complaint Submission Form to submit your complaint directly over the internet, or submit via email (complaint@jcaho.org) or by phone at 1-800-994-6610.
